1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the Kult Affiliate Program, you must meet and maintain the following baseline requirements at all times:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must maintain at least one active, public-facing social media account. Private accounts are not permitted.
• You must follow all official Kult social media platforms.
• You must have used Kult products prior to, or upon joining, the program.
• You must actively promote and spread awareness of the Kult brand throughout your participation.

2. CONDUCT & BRAND STANDARDS

As a Kult affiliate, you serve as an extension of the brand. All content you create or publish in connection with Kult must meet the following standards:

• All social media accounts associated with your affiliate role must remain public at all times.
• Content must align with Kult's brand values, identity, and messaging. Kult retains sole discretion in determining whether content meets these standards.
• Offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
• Represent the brand with authenticity and energy. "Don't be boring, be bad ass."
  
  

3. DISCOUNT CODES & COMMISSION

Upon acceptance into the program, you will be issued a personal discount code and a friends/referral code. The following rules govern their use:

• Your Friends Code provides a discount to customers you refer and is the basis for measuring your code usage performance.
• Your Personal Code is for your own purchases only and does not count toward any code usage requirements.
• Personal Codes may not be shared publicly or used by anyone other than you.
• Code usage is defined as a completed purchase by a unique third-party customer using your Friends Code.
• Commission payouts (where applicable by tier) are subject to a minimum threshold of $20.00 before they are issued.
