1. Program Eligibility

To qualify for and remain in the Nordic Affiliate Program, participants must continuously satisfy the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Maintain at least one active, publicly accessible social media profile.
• Follow Nordic's official social media accounts.
• Be a customer and genuine user of Nordic products.
• Regularly support and promote the Nordic brand throughout your participation.

Failure to maintain these qualifications may result in suspension or removal from the program.

2. Brand Representation

As a Nordic Affiliate, you are expected to represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Affiliates must:

• Keep all affiliated social media profiles public while enrolled in the program.
• Produce content that reflects Nordic's image, values, and brand identity.
• Avoid posting content that is offensive, misleading, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful to the brand.
• Represent Nordic with confidence, authenticity, and enthusiasm.

Nordic reserves the exclusive right to determine whether affiliate content meets these expectations.

3. Referral Codes & Affiliate Earnings

Approved affiliates will receive two promotional codes:

• A Referral Code, intended for customers you refer.
• A Personal Code, intended solely for your own purchases.

The following conditions apply:

• Only purchases made by new or unique customers using your Referral Code count toward affiliate performance.
• Personal Codes may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone other than the assigned affiliate.
• Referral Code activity is used to evaluate affiliate performance and tier eligibility.
• Commission payments are issued only after your payable balance reaches $20.00 or more.

 

4. Participation Requirements

Affiliates are expected to remain engaged and actively promote Nordic.
Program expectations include:

• Meeting the performance standards assigned to your affiliate tier.
• Maintaining consistent promotional activity throughout each review period.
• Higher-tier affiliates should regularly publish Stories, Reels, feed posts, or similar content featuring Nordic products.

Nordic may evaluate affiliate activity at any time and reserves the right to promote, demote, or remove affiliates based on overall performance.

5. Brand Exclusivity

Tier 2 Ambassadors and Athlete Partners agree not to advertise, endorse, or collaborate with competing supplement or sports nutrition companies
while participating in the Nordic Affiliate Program.

This restriction does not apply to Tier 1 Affiliates unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

6. Confidential Information

Affiliates may occasionally receive advance information regarding upcoming products, promotions, or business initiatives.

By participating in the program, you agree to:

• Keep all non-public Nordic information confidential.
• Never disclose or distribute unreleased product details, launch dates, marketing materials, or other proprietary information.
• Wait until Nordic officially announces new products or campaigns before discussing them publicly.

Failure to protect confidential information may result in immediate removal from the program and, when appropriate, legal action.

7. Suspension & Removal

Nordic may suspend or terminate any affiliate's participation immediately, with or without prior notice, if it determines that continued participation is
not in the best interest of the brand.

Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to meet participation or sales expectations.
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Posting content inconsistent with Nordic's brand values.
• Misuse of affiliate discount codes.
• Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.
• Any conduct that could damage Nordic's reputation.

Upon termination, affiliate codes will be disabled. Eligible commissions that have already met the minimum payout requirement will be processed
according to Nordic's normal payment schedule.

 

8. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Nordic Affiliate Program does not establish an employment relationship, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture with
Nordic.

Affiliates participate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, reporting obligations, or other financial
responsibilities associated with affiliate earnings.

9. Program Updates

Nordic may revise, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Affiliate Program at its sole discretion.

This includes changes to:

• Commission structures
• Affiliate tiers
• Program benefits
• Eligibility requirements
• Promotional policies
• Program rules

Whenever practical, significant updates will be communicated through the official Nordic Telegram channel and/or the email address associated with
your affiliate account.

Your continued participation in the program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
